Man Wanted For Sexual Assault In Somerset County

NORTH PLAINFIELD, NJ — A man wanted on sexual assault and false imprisonment was named the Somerset County Prosecutor's Office(SCPO) Fugitive of the Month for May.

Marco P. Garces is wanted by the Somerset County Prosecutor’s Office for failure to appear for one count of second-degree sexual assault-force/coercion and one count of disorderly persons offense false imprisonment, all of which occurred in March of 2009 in North Plainfield.

A warrant has been issued for his arrest.

The SCPO released the following information on Garces:

• Height: 5'6
• Weight: 160
• Hair: Black
• Eyes: Brown
• Tattoos: N/A
• Last known address: North Plainfield (Somerset County)
