• Scholarship Honors Cranford's Isabella Salas Through Her Love of Theater (tapinto.net) — A new scholarship in Cranford honoring Cranford High School student Isabella Salas has already funded three full-tuition spots for a local summer theater program and is now aiming to support 10 students. Created after Isabella and her friend Maria Niotis died in a 2025 crash, the fund helps Cranford-area families who couldn't otherwise afford C.A.S.T., and residents can donate online to expand its impact.

Strong performances from Aidan Capizzi, Logan Murray, and a relentless defense kept Cranford in control from the opening kickoff, moving the Cougars to a 2–0 start to the season.
