The project will redevelop a former office site into modern small-bay warehouse space, with leasing aimed at multiple tenants and completion targeted for early 2027, strengthening the town's role in a tight Morris County industrial market.

East Hanover Man Charged With Impersonating a Public Servant at Denville Police Headquarters (morrisfocus.com) — An East Hanover man was charged after Denville police say he falsely claimed to be a New Jersey State Police contractor and an active member of the East Hanover Fire Department while at police headquarters. He was arrested on an impersonating a public servant charge, then released with a future Denville Municipal Court date, and remains presumed innocent.

BMS says goodbye to 265 New Jersey staff as reorg rolls on (pharmalive.com) — Pharma layoffs across New Jersey continue, with Bristol Myers Squibb, Johnson & Johnson, Merck and others cutting hundreds of jobs, including major reductions at Novartis' East Hanover site. The article notes that 572 positions have already been eliminated there this year, underscoring ongoing uncertainty for local biopharma workers and their families in and around East Hanover.
