The conspiracy involved fake Brooklyn property deals and bogus pandemic loan applications, and all three men now face federal sentencing and substantial restitution obligations.
   

5. Howell Township bans data centers: what to know (nj1015.com) — Howell Township's council has unanimously banned data centers in every zoning district, following a major resident-led fight against a $1 billion proposal last year. The move makes Howell the 33rd New Jersey town to prohibit data centers outright and follows earlier battles over large warehouses, signaling a clear pushback against high-impact industrial development in the community.
