• Jefferson Township Elementary Student Uses Lemonade Stand to Raise Money For Diabetes Research (TAPinto.net) — A Jefferson third-grader at White Rock Elementary has turned her annual lemonade stand into a major fundraiser, collecting thousands of dollars for diabetes research and local inclusive dance programs. Her family credits the Jefferson community's strong support, and she now also offers encouragement and guidance to other local children newly diagnosed with diabetes.
   

• Jefferson Township High School Sports Roundup: Teams Compete in Morris County Tournament, Prepare for States (TAPinto.net) — Jefferson Township High School teams are deep into their fall seasons, with volleyball advancing in the Morris County tournament and field hockey winning six of its last seven. Girls and boys soccer, plus football, are battling through mixed results as they regroup and prepare for upcoming state tournament play.
