The restaurant features Northeastern farm and coastal cuisine, with an emphasis on local and sustainable ingredients. The vast majority of products—if not made in-house—are sourced from farmers, fishermen, and artisans from Delaware north to its namesake, Halifax. Chef Seadon Shouse brings a distinct point of view through house-smoked meats and seafood, house-made vermouth, and sea salt produced from Montauk waters. The beverage program highlights a curated selection of spirits, wines, and beers from respected local producers.
