Man Sought In Jersey City Double Shooting
A double shooting left one man dead and another person injured. Hudson County prosecutors say the suspect is on the loose.

JERSEY CITY, NJ — Prosecutors are seeking help from the public to find a suspect in a fatal shooting that took place in Jersey City on Sunday morning.
Raheem Rhett, 36, of Jersey City, has been charged with murder, three counts of attempted murder, and aggravated assault in connection with a shooting that killed one person and wounded another, said the Hudson County Prosecutor's Office.
At approximately 2:30 a.m. on Sunday, according to the Prosecutor's Office, police were notified of shots fired on Orient Avenue near MLK Jr. Drive.

Police found Jenardo Tejada, 38, of Jersey City with apparent gunshot wounds. He was taken to Jersey City Medical Center, where he was pronounced dead a short time later, prosecutors said.
A second victim, a 45-year-old male from Jersey City, was found on Jackson Square with an apparent gunshot wound, prosecutors said.

"The defendant should not be approached and anyone with information regarding Rhett’s whereabouts is urged to contact the Office of the Hudson County Prosecutor," officials said.
