Man Charged With Wife's Murder In Ocean Township

The couple lived on Seward Drive in Ocean Township.

OCEAN TOWNSHIP, NJ — An Ocean Township man is charged with murdering his wife, according to the Monmouth County Prosecutor’s office.

Michael A. Kless, 67, was criminally charged Wednesday with murder and weapons offenses, according to a spokesman for Monmouth County Prosecutor Raymond Santiago.

His wife was Stacy Epstein-Kless. Police started investigating her death Wednesday.

The couple lived on Seward Drive in Ocean Township, and the Asbury Park Press reports there was a heavy police presence outside their home Wednesday.

A spokesman for the county prosecutor said he cannot release any further details at this time, but hopes to have more details later Thursday if possible.
