• Cars submerged, as storm brings flooding, rough surf to Monmouth County, NJ (wfmz.com) — Long Branch is seeing serious flooding from this weekend's nor'easter, with cars stranded on Avenel and Ocean boulevards and multiple roads closed due to deep water. City emergency officials are urging residents not to drive or walk through floodwaters and to call 911 if they need help, as power outages and rough surf continue across Monmouth County.
