The committee session starts at 6 p.m., followed by the business meeting at 7 p.m., which will also stream live online and may include formal board action.
   

• Ninth Annual Causeway CARes 5K Races Past Goal, Raising $100,000 For Local Ocean County Nonprofits (tapinto.net) — In Manahawkin, the 9th Annual Causeway CARes 5K just turned local miles into a $100,000 boost for nine Ocean County nonprofits. Community registrations and donations were matched and rounded up by Causeway Family of Dealerships president Dave Wintrode, helping fund services like food assistance, housing support, youth programs, and behavioral health across the Jersey Shore.
