• Manasquan beaches recovering from severe erosion one week after nor'easter (news12.com) — Manasquan is still cleaning up one week after a powerful nor'easter sent inlet water crashing over roads near Riverside Cafe and caused serious beach erosion. Longtime residents say it was among the worst storms they've seen, stripping sand off an 80-year-old wooden groin system that helps protect the borough's shoreline from future damage.
