• ICE arrests N.J. man who operated alleged illegal tour boat that capsized killing a mother, daughter (nj.com subscription) — A Manville resident has been arrested by federal immigration authorities after being charged in connection with a deadly tour boat capsizing in New York Harbor that killed a mother and her infant earlier this month. Officials say the man, originally from El Salvador, was allegedly operating an unlicensed, overloaded tour boat and is now also accused of being in the U.S. unlawfully.
