• Franklin Snow Removal, Road Projects and Public Health Efforts Highlight Somerset County Meeting (tapinto.net) — Somerset County is planning an October utility-assistance pop-up in Manville that's open to all county residents, part of a broader push to connect people with food, housing, and bill support. At a recent commissioners' work session, officials also highlighted new public health accreditation, expanded senior meal programs, road and bridge projects, and a coming overhaul of the county website to improve accessibility.
