Being a chef is all I know. I came up through fine dining, mostly Italian, and I bring that same care to the food we make at Teglia Pizza Bar. Here on Bloomfield Avenue, we make Roman pan pizza with slowly fermented sourdough and mozzarella, ricotta and stracciatella made in house. The dough matters. So does everything we put on it.
