Man Hospitalized After Slamming Into Dump Truck In Morris Co., Police Say
The Florida man's SUV slammed into the back of a dump truck on a busy Morris County highway.
MORRIS COUNTY, NJ — A man was seriously injured after crashing into a dump truck on a busy Morris County highway, officials said.
On Wednesday, around 5:30 a.m., police were called to Route 80 East, near milepost 31.6 in Roxbury, on reports of a crash.
Authorities learned that a Ford SUV, driven by a 34-year-old Orlando, Florida, man, slammed into the back of a rear of a Mack dump truck, police said.

The Ford driver was rushed to a nearby hospital with serious injuries, according to officials. No other injuries were reported.
The crash resulted in multiple lanes closing on Route 80 Wednesday morning that were reopened by the afternoon.
