• Here Comes the Rain, Paramus! Flood Advisory Sept. 25-27 (tapinto.net) — Paramus is under a National Weather Service coastal flood advisory through Sunday evening, with minor to locally moderate flooding and strong winds expected across eastern Bergen County. Local DPW crews are clearing drains and brooks, but residents are urged to avoid driving through floodwaters, keep children and pets out of runoff, secure outdoor items, and call the DPW or 911 with storm-related concerns.
   

• Fifth in Paramus History: Police Lieutenant Graduates 299th Session of the FBI National Academy (tapinto.net) — Paramus residents are being asked to celebrate Lieutenant Michael Kelly, who was recently honored by the mayor and council after graduating from the FBI National Academy, a distinction achieved by only five officers in Paramus Police Department history. With 25 years of service and leadership roles in multiple units, Kelly's advanced training is highlighted as a win for local policing and community safety.
   

• PHOTO RELEASE: Gottheimer Celebrates Bergen County Seniors at Annual Senior Citizens Festival (house.gov) — Paramus played host to Bergen County's Annual Senior Citizens Festival at Van Saun County Park, where Congressman Josh Gottheimer joined local seniors and veterans for food, games, and conversation. He highlighted efforts to lower prescription and health costs, protect Social Security and Medicare, and crack down on scams targeting older residents, which could directly benefit many Paramus seniors.
