2 Women Struck By Bus In Bergen County: NJ Transit
Two women were struck by a NJ Transit bus in Bergen County during rush hour, officials said.
HACKENSACK, NJ — Two women were struck by a NJ Transit bus on Tuesday night, the transportation agency said.
At approximately 6:20 p.m., a bus on the 712 route, which departed Hackensack bus terminal and was headed to Willowbrook Mall, struck two people near State and Mercer streets, the agency said.
"An initial investigation indicates non-life threatening injuries," the agency said.

The transit agency declined to say whether the driver will face any action. Police are still investigating, the agency spokesperson said.
