• Teen Injured In Huber Woods Park; Family Sues Monmouth County (patch.com) — Rumson's government and DPW are among many entities sued after a 15-year-old was badly injured by construction equipment left in Middletown's Huber Woods Park, with the case still working through Monmouth County court. Middletown has already been dismissed, and county lawyers now seek to assign some blame to a friend who was with the teen. Rumson residents may want to follow the Aug. 28 hearing that could reshape who is held responsible.
