Extra Mile Basketball NJ

Extra Mile Basketball NJ is an elite youth basketball training program based in Lyndhurst, NJ, serving athletes ages 7–18 across Bergen, Essex, and Hudson County. We specialize in small-group and private performance training led by Coach James, an internationally experienced basketball coach with 17 years of experience and over 2,000 athletes trained across three countries. Our program develops the complete player — ball handling, shooting, footwork, defense, basketball IQ, leadership, and mental toughness. We train athletes across three age groups: Grades 2–5 (Ages 7–10), Grades 6–8 (Ages 11–13), and Grades 9–12 (Ages 14–18). We offer flexible weekly training packages designed to accommodate different schedules and budgets — from a single drop-in session to a full monthly commitment. All skill levels are welcome, but athletes must come ready to work. Extra Mile Basketball is not for everyone. Our Summer Camp 2026 is now open for registration. SECAUCUS, NJ — A car was stolen from the parking lot of a Secaucus hotel on April 11, said police. Just after midnight April 11, Secaucus Police were called to the Extended Stay hotel on Meadowlands Parkway for a guest who reported their 2014 Nissan N20 was stolen from the parking lot. Wallington Police located the Nissan at 8:24 a.m. that same day on Main Avenue in that town. Secaucus Police detectives launched a follow-up investigation and identified Jonathan Montoya, 36 of Wallington, as the suspect. Secaucus Police arrested him Thursday and charged him with one count of motor vehicle theft. He's currently being held at the Hudson County Jail.
