Play A Game For Adults At Secaucus Library

SECAUCUS, NJ — Secaucus resident Kevin Polissky (he's a guy in his 30s who lives in Harmon Cove Towers) spent last summer stopping strangers and asking them to participate in a game he invented called Urban Playoff.

This is an interactive challenge game where contestants compete with strangers to answer questions and win prizes.

Here are some samples of what his games are like: youtube.com/@urbanplayoff

Polissky is now bringing Urban Playoff to the Secaucus Public Library next Thursday, Nov. 5. The game will be played from 7 to 9 p.m. in the upstairs Panasonic Room. The first 50 adults to register at Urbanplayoffgameshow@gmail.com will have a chance to compete and win prizes. The game on Nov. 5 will be recorded and published on social media after it is edited, said Polissky. It will not be livestreamed, he said.

The top prize is $500, and other smaller prizes include $100, $50 and merchandise like tumblers, drawstring bags and other fun items.

You have to show up in person that night to play.
