Car Seat Safety Clinic Coming To South Brunswick Library
Certified technicians will check and install child car seats free of charge on three dates in August.
SOUTH BRUNSWICK, NJ — Parents and caregivers can get their child's car seat checked for free this month at a series of clinics hosted by the Middlesex County Sheriff's Office.
Certified child passenger safety technicians will inspect car seats and demonstrate proper installation in the parking lot of the new South Brunswick Public Library from 3:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. on three dates:
- Monday, Aug. 24
- Thursday, Aug. 27
- Monday, Aug. 31
No registration is required to attend.

Improper car seat installation remains a common issue among parents, and safety technicians recommend regular checks as children grow and seats age or are moved between vehicles.
