MONMOUTH JUNCTION, NJ — South Brunswick's Township Council has renewed a lease allowing Von Thun’s Country Farm Market to continue farming a 10.3-acre, township-owned open space property at 241-297 Culver Road in Monmouth Junction.

The Township Council unanimously adopted the resolution authorizing the agreement at its May 20 meeting.

The township acquired the property as open space, and it has remained in agricultural use under provisions established during the original acquisition.

According to township officials, the renewal "reflects the township’s broader effort to balance open space preservation with responsible stewardship of public land resources."
