Man Shot, Killed In North Jersey, Officials Say

The man was found with several gunshot wounds, according to authorities.

PASSAIC COUNTY, NJ — A man is dead following a shooting in Passaic County last week, officials said.

On Friday, around 7:30 a.m., Paterson police were called to 12th Avenue and East 16th Street on reports of a shooting.

Authorities arrived to find a 29-year-old Paterson man riddled with gunshot wounds, according to police.

He was later pronounced dead, authorities said.

As of Monday morning, no arrests have been announced and the shooting remains under investigation.
