Board members praised the smaller building's fit and minor variances but warned the taller Mark II project could overwhelm the village, raising concerns about height, massing, parking, and zoning variances. 
• Investing in Bedford before problems arise (halstonmedia.com) — Bedford officials outline a wide-ranging push to upgrade local infrastructure, from wireless coverage and water systems to sidewalks, playgrounds, and road safety projects. The town has secured millions in grants, updated its wireless law, and created a 10‑year capital plan to keep Bedford's roads, parks, technology, and public facilities reliable without over-relying on borrowing.
