Putnam County's CCARP Now Open For Public Comment!

Putnam County invites residents, businesses, community organizations, and those who work in the County to review and comment on the Draft Climate Change Adaptation & Resilience Plan (CCARP). The public comment period is now open through September 15, 2026. 

This public comment period will be the last opportunity for stakeholders and community members to provide feedback before the Plan moves toward adoption.
