Man Dies In Police Custody After Falling Ill At Brooklyn Precinct
The city's medical examiner will determine the cause of death.
BROOKLYN, NY — A man died in police custody after falling ill at a Brooklyn precinct over the weekend.
Reginald Newkirk, 54, fell ill at the 67 Precinct around 2:12 p.m. on Saturday.
He was taken to Kings County Hospital and was pronounced dead on Sunday, Oct. 4.
