• Dead Body Found Floating In Hudson River On Halloween (wpdh.com) — Emergency crews from Dobbs Ferry and Tarrytown pulled a body from the Hudson River on Halloween, about a quarter-mile south of the Dobbs Ferry waterfront, and the victim was pronounced dead at the shore. Westchester County’s Department of Public Safety is now leading the investigation, which has not yet released the person’s identity or cause of death.
