Unmarked NYPD Car Hits Cyclist After Running Red Light In Brooklyn
The NYPD has said that the incident is currently under review.
BROOKLYN, NY — A cyclist is recovering after she was hit by an unmarked NYPD squad who apparently ran through a red light.
The incident happened on Monday at the corner of Hoyt Street and Atlantic Avenue around 5 p.m.
The unmarked car ran through the red light and clipped the cyclist, knocking her off the Citi bike and onto the ground.

The cop car initially kept driving down Atlantic Avenue but soon returned to the scene.
The woman suffered “multiple bruises" and other injuries, according to the New York Post. She has not been identified.
