(blackwestchester.com) — Mount Vernon artists and residents should note that the MVAC's "Art of Voting" exhibit and reception has moved from the public library to the Wartburg Rehabilitation Center's Berkemeier Building on Saturday, Oct. 17, from 2–5 p.m. The free community show invites local creators to explore voting, democracy, and civic participation through visual art, poetry, and spoken word while encouraging neighbors to reflect on why their voices matter.
