Overnight Road Closures Slated To Begin On Sunrise Highway In East Patchogue: DOT

They will go on for four weeks for road maintenance, officials say.

EAST PATCHOGUE, NY — The interchange of Sunrise Highway and Station Road in East Patchogue will be closed overnight, starting on Monday, for road maintenance, the state's Department of Transportation said.

Closures will occur weeknights between 10 p.m. and 5 a.m. for around four weeks, weather permitting. The closures include westbound Sunrise Highway at Exit 55, where Station Road. Traffic will be detoured onto the North Service Road and immediately re-enter the highway.

Northbound Station Road at Sunrise Highway will also be detoured onto eastbound Sunrise Highway to Exit 57 North for westbound Horseblock Road, County Route 16, to westbound Sunrise Highway to Exit 55 for Station Road northbound.
