Man Reports Being Carjacked At Gunpoint In Neighborhood In Ridge: Police
He was not hurt in the attack, Suffolk police say.
RIDGE, NY — A man reported being carjacked at gunpoint in a neighborhood of Ridge late last Thursday night, Suffolk police said.
The man reported that while he was stopped in a vehicle at Valley Forge Court just before 11 p.m., two unknown men approached and threatened him with what appeared to be a gun, according to police.
The man got out of the vehicle, and one of them drove off in the vehicle, and the other ran away, police said.

The crime has been classified first-degree robbery, according to a police report.
