• Oneida County adds crisis training to 911 dispatchers, crisis responders (oneidadispatch.com) — Oneida County has just completed new crisis intervention training for 911 dispatchers and mobile crisis teams based in Utica, aiming to improve how mental health emergencies are handled from the very first call. Forty dispatchers and ten crisis providers learned de‑escalation, suicide‑risk assessment, and referral skills, which county leaders say will strengthen safety and access to care for residents.
