• Lurene Adrianson, 80 – WLKM Radio 95.9 FM (wlkm.com) — Cornelius residents who knew winter visitor Lurene Adrianson through Cornelius United Methodist Church or the Davidson Lions Club are mourning her passing at age 80. A lifelong educator and devoted family matriarch, she split her time between Michigan and Cornelius, where she was known for her service, hospitality, and warm community spirit.
