3. Behind closed doors for almost 2 hours, Graham council emerges to give $24K, 12 percent, raise to city manager (alamancenews.com) — Graham’s city council spent nearly two hours in closed session before voting 4–1 to give city manager Megan Garner a 12 percent raise, boosting her salary to $230,720.
