• Family of 3 found dead in North Carolina home had been using generator after power was shut off, neighbors say (myfox8.com) — Rocky Mount police discovered three family members and their dogs dead inside a mobile home at Kingsway Mobile Home Park after a welfare check, with possible carbon monoxide poisoning under investigation. Relatives and neighbors say the family had recently lost electrical service and were using a generator, and the state medical examiner is now working to confirm the cause of death.
