• Selma Man Accused Of Causing Damage Inside County Jail (jocoreport.com) — A 26-year-old Selma resident jailed in Johnston County now faces an extra misdemeanor charge after authorities say a communications tablet at the detention center was damaged, causing about $400 in loss. The man, already held on a probation violation, received an additional $25,000 secured bond and remains in custody as of the latest report.
