Child, 4, found alone in 'deplorable conditions' near drug pipe; mom now charged (fox19.com) — Canton police say a 4-year-old boy was found alone in a filthy apartment near a suspected drug pipe, leading to a felony child endangering charge against his mother. The Lisbon woman has been arraigned in Canton Municipal Court with a $15,000 bond, and investigators are still determining the child's condition and whether Children and Family Services are involved.
