Washington County opens new common pleas courtroom (mariettatimes.com) — A new Common Pleas Courtroom C has opened in the Washington County Courthouse in Marietta, giving local families more space, privacy, and security during sensitive domestic relations cases. The upgraded room, near the law library, adds conference spaces, remote-hearing technology, and backup capacity when visiting judges use other courtrooms, while keeping most project spending with Washington County businesses.
