• Shaker Heights sewer project delayed, completion now expected by year's end (cleveland.com) — Shaker Heights' Lynnfield/Lomond sewer upgrade along Lomond Boulevard is running behind schedule again, with sewer installation now expected by late 2026 and street restoration pushed into spring 2027. The $8.3 million project aims to curb basement backups and eliminate a sanitary sewer overflow, affecting about 1,200 households and requiring tree removal and open-trench work on several neighborhood streets.
