• Lake Oswego police arrest suspect of vandalism at local park (lakeoswegoreview.com) — Lake Oswego police arrested a 24-year-old Portland man suspected of damaging multiple security cameras at Roehr Park, causing more than $4,500 in damage. A LOCOM dispatcher first spotted the vandalism in August, then later recognized the suspect on camera September 1, leading to his arrest. Residents can share additional information through the non-emergency line or an anonymous online tip form. 
• Lakeridge boys soccer looks ahead (lakeoswegoreview.com) — Lakeridge High's boys soccer team in Lake Oswego is chasing a fifth straight Three Rivers League title and another deep Class 6A playoff run this fall. With key returners and a 2-0 start, the Pacers see themselves as contenders but know rivals like West Linn, Lake Oswego High, and Tigard will make the path tough. Players say depth, chemistry, and "23 captains" will define their season.
