PA Fall 2026 Concert Guide: AC/DC, Willie Nelson, Journey Playing

For those about to rock, AC/DC will salute you when it comes to perform in Philadelphia later this month.

The legendary classic rock group is one of several musical acts launching new tours and farewell tours or just rolling into town for the final stops of a long run of shows as fall hits a high note in Pennsylvania.

AC/DC brings its "Power Up" Tour to Lincoln Financial Field on Tuesday, Sept. 29, the first time the band has performed a show outdoors in the city since 2016.

Next week, some major shows — headlined by some old timers — are coming to the Philadelphia region.

Classic rock act Cheap Trick makes an appearance at the Keswick Theatre in Glenside on Monday.

Legendary country superstar Willie Nelson and legendary singer-songwriter Neil Young co-headline a show Thursday at the TD Pavilion at Highmark Mann.

On Friday, Roger Daltrey — the lead singer of the 1960s band The Who — will show solo at the Xcite Center at the Parx Casino in Bensalem Township.

Two 1970s bands, Journey and America, will play the area in October on their farewell tours.

Meanwhile, Philly favorites The Hooters — who opened the classic Live Aid concert in Philadelphia — will play two shows at the Keswick Theatre in November.
