• Berwyn's Envestnet to Buy $2 Trillion WealthTech Platform (mychesco.com) — A major Berwyn-based employer, Envestnet, is set to acquire portfolio-management firm Vestmark, adding technology that supports more than $2 trillion in assets and over 5 million accounts. The deal, expected to close later this year, should expand Envestnet's reach with large wealth-management firms while keeping both companies' existing platforms and products in place for clients.
