• HydroEdge Buys Control of RES Water, Forms Big M-U Frack Water Firm (marcellusdrilling.com) — A Canonsburg-based company, HydroEdge Solutions, has bought a controlling stake in RES Water, creating a much larger Marcellus/Utica frack-water operation centered in Pennsylvania. With 350 employees, five facilities, and major storage and processing capacity, the deal could influence local energy-service jobs, industrial traffic, and environmental oversight around Canonsburg and nearby counties.
