• Bucks IU Opening Day Gathers Staff at William Tennent (lowerbuckstimes.com) — Bucks IU staff kicked off the 2026–27 school year at William Tennent High School, but most will soon be back serving schools across the county from a base on North Shady Retreat Road in Doylestown. Leaders used the Opening Day gathering to stress teamwork, training, and adapting to new technology as specialists fan out to support more than 270 schools and 96,000 students.
   

• 25 Exceptional Bucks Co. Students Share $25K In Scholarships (patch.com) — Foundations Community Partnership, based in Doylestown, has awarded $25,000 in scholarships to 25 Bucks County high school seniors recognized for community service, academics, and character. Students from Central Bucks and other districts will each receive $1,000, with several local businesses co-sponsoring awards that support future nurses and other career paths across the county.
