Residents Asked To Check Video Footage Following Thefts From Vehicles In Buckingham

BUCKINGHAM TOWNSHIP, PA — The Buckingham Township Police Department is asking residents to review their camera footage for any signs of someone going through unlocked cars in the area of Sir Andrew Circle.

Police are investigating several thefts from vehicles that happened during the evening and overnight hours of August 24 to 25 in the area.

Police urge residents to take their valuables inside and to make sure their vehicles are locked. That simple step can help prevent theft and protect property, they said.

Residents are encouraged to take a few minutes to do the following:

• Check your camera systems for any suspicious activity, especially during the overnight hours. Verify that your vehicles are locked and secure.

• Remove any valuables from your vehicles, including purses, wallets, phones, and laptops. By taking these precautions, you can help prevent theft and assist the police in keeping the community safe.
