Teens Cited After Short Lived Shoplifting Spree In Warrington
While Walmart representatives declined to press charges, they discovered an additional $121 worth of stolen merchandise from Target.
WARRINGTON, PA — Two teenagers have been cited for shoplifting after stolen merchandise was found in their possession.
On Sunday, police were called to the Walmart store for a retail theft that had just occurred.
Upon arrival, the store's loss prevention employee told police that they had detained a 17-year-old boy from Warrington and a 16-year-old girl from Horsham for shoplifting $13 worth of merchandise.

While Walmart representatives declined to press charges, they discovered an additional $121 worth of stolen Target merchandise in the juveniles’ possession.
Police subsequently escorted the boy to his home and safely transported the girl to a family member’s home.

A non-traffic citation was filed in District Court for both juveniles.
