The project will be just down the road from Providence Town Center, which is adjacent to another massive proposal for a new Main Line Health hospital and offices.
The 17-acre site will include more than 100 townhomes and will also feature tenants like Sephora, Shake Shack, J. Crew, Burton’s Bar & Grille, Playa Bowls, and Wonder, the report states. Thousands of square feet still remain open to be leased.

Construction on the project is already underway, though specific timelines and goals for opening dates remain unclear.
Concerns over additional traffic in the area have been paramount in discussions over other new developments nearby in the past. The intersection of Route 422 and Route 29 is one of the most congested parts of the region.
