The broader roundup covers dozens of Lehigh Valley eateries, detailing minor issues like dust, thawing practices, and equipment cleanliness that were largely corrected while businesses remained open. 
• Chobani announces $1.2B investment in Pennsylvania (fox43.com) — A massive new Chobani manufacturing plant in Upper Macungie Township is expected to bring more than 900 jobs and boost dairy demand statewide, with planning help from nearby Lower Macungie Township officials. Local governments across the Lehigh Valley collaborated on the $1.2 billion project, which state leaders say will significantly strengthen Pennsylvania's dairy industry and regional economy starting in 2027.
