When emergency crews arrived on scene just after 11 a.m., they found the overturned Jeep in the roadway with three occupants inside and a Honda Odyssey in a grassy area at the entrance to the landscaping store with the driver still inside.
According to a preliminary investigation, the Honda was stopped in the northbound lane and was attempting to make a left turn into the landscaping business. A Jeep Cherokee traveling in the same northbound direction was unable to stop as it approached the Honda and entered the southbound lane as the Odyssey began its turn, resulting in the collision, the report found.
