2 People Found Shot To Death In Pittsburgh Apartment

PITTSBURGH, PA — Two people are dead following a shooting Wednesday morning in the city's Northview Heights neighborhood.

Four children were in the Hazlett Street apartment where the shooting occurred. They were unharmed.

Police were called to the scene around 9 a.m. for a two-round ShotSpotter alert. They then received multiple calls about a shooting in the apartment.

Officers found a man and a woman dead inside.

The four children were taken to UPMC Children's Hospital for evaluation.
